Santa Mini Sessions: The Santa Portrait Experience 2016

Momento Studios is thrilled to be scheduling individual mini-sessions with Santa for the third year!

We’ve scheduled Santa for two fun-filled days: Saturday, December 3rd, and Saturday, December 10th.

We think you deserve a better experience- one that is personalized, relaxed and fun! The fine print:

Availability: Session availability is extremely limited, and is on a first booked, first served basis.

 

Wait-list: In the event that all of the Santa Portrait Experience sessions are sold out, you may sign up to be on a wait list. Should we have enough interest, we may open a second day of sessions. Those individuals on the wait-list will be given the first opportunity to make a reservation if a second date is scheduled. Additionally, if a cancellation occurs, we will notify individuals on the wait list of the availability, in a numerical order.

 

Booking/Reservations: All reservations must be made online, by selecting your time slot. Your full session retainer ($175) is due at time of booking to reserve your Santa Portrait Experience session. No walk-in appointments will be accepted. 

 

Portrait Collections: There are two portrait collections available for the Santa Portrait Experience:

Collection I: $175.00

• The Santa Portrait Experience session fee
• 15 digital images
• Digital images will be hosted in a private, online gallery within 5 days. Images will be available for download, as well as available to share with family and friends for viewing for 2 weeks.

 

Collection II: $250.00 (You can upgrade to this collection after your gallery is delivered)

• The Santa Portrait Experience session fee
• All the digital images (approx. 30 images).
• Custom timeline for Facebook with your favorite 4-5 images
• Video slideshow on DVD and MP3 of all images
• Digital images will be hosted in a private, online gallery within 5 days. Images will be available for download, as well as available to share with family and friends for viewing for 2 weeks.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: Due to the nature of the experience, sessions are non-refundable. The session retainer is non-refundable, but is transferrable to another individual of your choice.

 

Transfers: If you are unable to attend your scheduled Santa Portrait Experience session for any reason, you may transfer your appointment to another individual of your choosing. You must notify Momento Studios via email no later than 24-hours prior to your scheduled session at [email protected]

 

Video Recording, Cameras & Camera Phones: We invite you to bring your video camera, camera and camera phones! Unlike the mall, we realize this is a precious and fleeting moment in time for your little ones, and there’s simply nothing like capturing & documenting your child’s reaction (whether it be wide-eyed adoration, or tears). While we want you to feel comfortable using your own camera and video camera, know that our Certified Professional Children’s Photographer will be documenting the experience as well, so you’re more than welcome to just watch and enjoy the moment!

 

Scheduled time: Santa’s time with us is limited. In order to ensure that we remain on schedule so he can meet with all of our families, it is imperative that you are in the studio and ready at your scheduled time. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes early, so you will have time to relax in the studio, finish any last minute outfit changes, and be ready to meet Santa at your scheduled time. We will have Christmas movies and activities to keep the children entertained when you arrive. We will do our best to maintain a steady flow, and ensure reservations begin and end on time.

 

Late Policy: Please be advised that due to the short duration of the sessions, late arrival may result in the forfeiture of your scheduled time, and session fee. While we will do our best to accommodate you in between sessions, we cannot guarantee the same experience nor quantity of images should you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled session. We want every child to have a great experience with Santa! Please help us ensure your child has that opportunity by planning to arrive early.
